Human Resources Director

This position offers an opportunity to influence the HR strategic direction alongside an executive leadership team who truly values and respects the HR expertise in our employee-owned organization.
The HR Director provides overall leadership of the HR functions of the organization, incorporating the values of our ESOP culture and the company’s vision, mission and core values. This position is a key member of the Executive Leadership team and provides advice and counsel to the President and CEO.
Requirements:
- Qualified applicants will have a bachelor’s degree in human resources or related experience, advanced degree and/or HR certification; at least ten years combined working experience in an HR role with five of those being in a management position.
- Knowledge of leadership, participatory management, customer service, communication, and teams are essential.
