Customer Service Specialist
The Washington County Service Authority (WCSA) is recruiting an individual to fill the position of Customer Service Specialist.
A Customer Service Specialist answers questions, provides information, and receives/processes payments on customer accounts. Customer Service Specialists must comply with and have knowledge of the Rules and Regulations that relate to customers and support the operations of the WCSA. A Customer Service Specialist must be able to communicate effectively, have great attention to detail and demonstrate a commitment to teamwork and flexibility.
Compensation is dependent upon qualifications, with an excellent benefits package. All employment offers are contingent on the successful completion of a post-offer drug test as well as background and reference checks.
