The Division of Cardiovascular Medicine in the Department of Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for several Associate Professor positions in the non-tenure academic clinician track. Expertise is required in the specific area of electrophysiology with the full spectrum of clinical and procedural skills, including device implantation and ablation techniques. Applicants must have an M.D. degree. Applicants must be board-certified or board eligible in Cardiac Electrophysiology.

Teaching responsibilities may include teaching and supervising residents and fellows. The academic clinician track requires 100 credits per year of active and high-quality teaching.

Clinical responsibilities may include establishing an outpatient practice focused on electrophysiology at Pennsylvania Hospital and affiliated satellite sites.

The successful candidate will be expected to provide management and/or leadership.
