Brief Summary of Work for this Position

Performs light carpentry work including assembling library shelving, installing signage, hanging art, and installing monitors and other technology. Works on small scale painting and minor wall repair projects., such as carpeting, installation and minor repair. Assembly, disassembly, and moving of furniture. Ensures all work meets and/or exceeds applicable codes and standards. Checks and re-checks work prior to, during, and after completion.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

Graduation from high school or equivalent.
Experience in the trade(s) areas related to the position's role may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.

Preferred Education, Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Previous experience in one or more trades.
