The Program Manager I Student Support Services position in the School of Nursing and Health Studies (SoNHS) provides a critical role in a team centered culture. This position necessitates attention to details; ability to plan and execute tasks in order to meet due dates; proficient skills in data collection, management, and dissemination of data in clear, concise, and compelling formats. Candidates should be able to perform duties independently and participate as a team member of the SoNHS.

Primary responsibilities included, but are not limited to:
  • Manage scholarship processes; including compiling yearly impact statements for endowed and non-endowed funding, oversight of all advertising to ensure consistency, update award trackers, manage communications, confirm supplemental materials are received by deadlines, and act as primary point of contact with students in accepting awards.
  • Collaborates with school leadership, scholarship committee, financial aid, and foundation to develop seamless scholarship processes, increase understanding and tracking and support6 timely awards.
  • Manage data collection for the SoNHS by ensuring all data is housed in a central location. Data collected includes but is not limited to accreditation, admission, enrollment, retention, and graduation.
  • Convert data into infographics, tables, charts, and other formats that assist with predictive analysis for administrative review and community relations.
  • Collaborates with SoNHS leadership, internal program evaluation committee, internal and external data enrollment management and admission teams, and various other partners to ensure accurate collection of data.
  • Manages Qualtrics surveys, first and third-year surveys for SoNHS alumni, assists with updating and emailing employee surveys, and updates and maintains various contact lists.
  • Collaborate with SoNHS administrative support team in cross-training and assisting with overall office and business support needs and logistics.
  • Works closely with executive assistant to make recommendations for improvement on standard shared assignments and responsibilities.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired
Anticipated Hiring Range

This is a full-time, benefit eligible, salaried (exempt) position. Pay range for the position is $51,875 to $55,000 annual commensurate with education, experience, and internal equity.
