Primary responsibilities of the role include:
- Coordination of participant-facing research activities, including: recruitment, screening, scheduling, tracking, and participant reimbursement
- Management of undergraduate research assistants (URA): facilitate hiring and human subjects training, train URAs on study procedures, and coordinate URA schedules
- Manage research study dashboards: create protocols and monitor and maximize participant study compliance
- Manage research project regulatory procedures: prepare and maintain IRB submissions and amendments
- Attend lab meetings with principal investigator (PI) to communicate recruitment milestones and research progress, troubleshoot challenges, and participate in lab training activities
