Seeking a person to maintain a s 43-acres
Homeowner Association according to
community standards in Stateline. Oversee,
plan, and coordinate all aspects of refuse
operations, defensible space, snow removal
operations, utility and paving projects, and
enforcement of rules and regulations.

Must enjoy working outdoors and be
self-motivated. Must be organized,
detail-oriented, responsible, and a good
communicator. Must have mechanical/
carpentry skills. Must be physically able to
bend, stoop, lift, and perform landscaping
work. Must have computer skills and phone/
text capability. We are looking for someone
to care for our community and enjoy working
for our residents.
