We are seeking a NURSE CASE MANAGER who will provide Arc clients with necessary services to attain and maintain optimal health status. The RN will be responsible for assuring access and provision of quality medical care to all our participants. The position requires minimal hands on nursing skills and focus more on educating and training direct care staff on participants care plans, medication administration, infection control, skin assessments, feeding guidelines, fall prevention, seizure precautions and daily monitoring. Your on-boarding requirements (FBI fingerprinting, Physical Examinations, and First Aid/CPR/AED certification) are PAID FOR by us!

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS include, but are not limited to: Provide basic FA/CPR to clients, staff and others, when needed Assure program and facility compliance on policies and regulations Maintain accurate and complete documentation in client medical records Initiate and receive physicians' medication and treatment orders and assures accurate implementation of orders Participate in Department Quality Assurance Programs Report med errors and initiates Incident Reports as needed Provide health care explanations and guidance to families and guardians Attend medical appointments with care providers/residents as assigned REQUIREMENTS include, but are not limited to: Current Hawaii RN license Must have ability to communicate clearly in English, both orally and in writing Must have ability to multi-task and stay organized Must have basic computer skills Must be able to work a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, overnights if needed Must have a current valid driver's license, reliable transportation with a clean driver's abstract One year volunteer or work experience assisting persons with intellectual or developmental (ID/DD) disabilities preferred. Schedule: Monday thru Friday in addition to a flexible work shift Salary: From $55,000 - $65,000 BASIC REQUIREMENTS/WORK CLEARANCES for the above job positions include, but are not limited to having a Current valid driver's license and abstract with an acceptable level of infractions, Clearance of criminal history checks, including FBI fingerprinting, Adult protective Services and Child Abuse and Neglect, physical exam, 2-step PPD, FA/CPR/AED certification, and Visions certifications.
