Migrant Health Coordinator - Full-time position, home office in Meadowview, supervising our Migrant Health Workers in Grayson/Wythe/Carroll Counties; assists seasonal farmworkers & their families in having access to medical, behavioral health, and dental services provided by SVCHS by performing interpretation, providing transportation, outreach and some case management; must be able to speak Spanish; clean driving record preferred.
