Position Title: Part-Time Real Estate Broker or Salesperson.

Job Summary: As a part-time, work from home, Agent you will Assist the Principal Broker with administrative matters. You will be responsible for coordinating documentation of the sale, purchase, and lease of residential and commercial properties.

 

  1. Assist clients in buying, selling, or leasing properties.
  2. Guide clients through the process of property transactions, including property inspections, financing, and closing procedures.
  3. Maintain accurate records of property listings, transactions, and client communications.

 

Requirements:

  1. Valid N H Broker or Salespersons Real Estate license.
  2. Excellent Computer Skills and Familiarity MLS Paragon, NECPE, Doc-u-sign, etc.
  3. Proficiency in using real estate software and online listing platforms.
  4. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

 

Working Conditions:

  • Part-time, Work from Home, with flexible hours, typically including evenings and weekends.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Compensation typically consists of commission-based earnings, with a percentage of the sale or lease price of properties.
