Experienced Real Estate/Litigation Paralegal/Legal Assistant needed in busy Bristol, TN law firm. Position combines paralegal and legal assistant duties. Candidate must possess an understanding of the commercial real estate closing process; be capable of reading and understanding surveys, title insurance commitments and policies, and preparing closing statements. Needs working knowledge of transactional, loan, and closing documentation, and familiarity with the various roles of commercial real estate professionals. Ability to communicate effectively with persons at all levels of closing process necessary. Candidate must be self-motivated, organized, and have excellent communications skills.
