Human Resources Manager

Lansingburgh Central School District:  The HR Manager will oversee payroll, employee benefits, union contract negotiations and execution.  This position requires thorough knowledge of Federal and State labor laws and regulations, and a good knowledge of collective bargaining practices.  Thorough knowledge of NYS certification requirements and tenure is essential.

Requirements:  Graduation from a regionally accredited college or university or one accredited by the New York State Board of Regents in Public Administration or Business, and two (2) years of experience in an employee or personnel program – OR – Six (6) years of experience covering all aspects of a comprehensive personnel program, two (2) of which shall have been on a professional level.
