Experience 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Management, or related. Requires skills and experience to involve Business Systems Analysis of Digital Systems; Transportation Experience with TMS Manhattan; Application Requirements Gathering; Breaking down complex problems into components and improving efficiency and effectiveness; Solutions design; Validating data and understanding how it flows end-to-end; Testing and Quality Assurance; and Executing and facilitating execution of test scripts based on test cases. Job duties The Sr. Business Systems Analyst position will Collaborate with business partners to bridge the gap between business and technology throughout the product lifecycle. Identify and document functional and non-functional requirements, developers test cases designed to validate functional and non-functional requirements. Perform systems management and integration functions, improve existing computer systems, and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and schedule limitations. Apply a high-level understanding of each system's architecture and the technologies used (APIs, databases, etc.). Identify and document solutions that may require changes in configuration, business process, and/or development. Test, maintain, and monitor computer programs and systems, including coordinating the installation of computer programs and systems. Identify and document tests to validate that software product meets requirements. Track testing progress by phase while identifying as many defects as possible.
