Job Description: We are currently seeking a reliable and dedicated Residential Cleaning Technician to join our residential cleaning team. As a Residential Cleaning Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' homes are clean, sanitized, and organized according to their preferences and our high standards. Your responsibilities will include performing various cleaning tasks efficiently and professionally while delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties according to established cleaning protocols and schedules.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors, carpets, and rugs in all rooms.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, tubs, and showers.
• Wipe down and disinfect kitchen surfaces, countertops, appliances, and cabinet exteriors.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Make beds and change linens as requested.
• Organize and tidy up living spaces, including straightening furniture and arranging belongings.
• Clean and polish mirrors, glass surfaces, and windows.
• Pay attention to detail when cleaning delicate or valuable items.
• Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
• Report any maintenance issues or client concerns to the supervisor promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect clients' privacy and property at all times.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Flexibility to work weekdays & weekends as needed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
