Accountabilities:
The Psychological Science Teaching and Laboratory Intern will support the teaching and research mission of the Psychological and Brain Sciences (PBSC) Department at Colgate University. The person in this position will develop and coordinate programs designed to support students in PSYC 150, Introduction to Psychological Science, including holding weekly review sessions and regular exam preparation sessions, providing one-on-one tutoring, and coordinating the work of the study group leaders for the course. In addition, the intern may provide research support to one or two faculty members.

Professional Experience/Qualifications
Experience conducting psychological research.
Preferred Qualifications


Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related coursework is required by the start date.

Degree from Colgate University is preferred.

Work Schedule:
The position entails up to 30 hours/week for two 15 week semesters, and runs from late-August 2024 through mid-May 2025.This position is paid an hourly wage an approved for 900 hours per year.
