Staff Accountant or Senior Accountant

The City of Bristol Tennessee is seeking a Staff Accountant or Senior Accountant – depending on experience. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with concentration in Accountancy, supplemented by accounting work, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Must be able to perform financial research, have initiative, and problem-solving skills. Must have knowledge and experience with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, journal entries, and account reconciliation. Excellent working knowledge of Excel, Access, and Word.
