Land Survey Technician
Position Responsibilities
• Use the latest technology including robotic total stations, data controllers and RTK GPS for topographic, boundary, and construction layout land surveying.
Position Requirements
• Associates degree in Surveying or Construction from an accredited institution (preferred)
• One to three years experience (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record, as determined by Bayer Becker in its sole discretion
• Proof of automobile insurance coverage
Position Qualifications
• Ability to accomplish field tasks in a safe and effective manner
• Understand survey calculations
• Familiarity with construction drawings
• Attention to detail
• Ability to communicate verbally and written
• An understanding of job site safety, as position will primarily be outdoors
• A combination of brains and brawn!
