The Appalachian Community Action and Development Agency, Inc. (AppCAA), a 501c3 non-profit, is seeking a Finance Director. AppCAA offers a variety of programs focused on the areas of business & economic development, children's programs, housing & community solutions and volunteer programs. Each program is designed to help individuals and families at every stage of life.
The Finance Director is responsible for all financial accounting activities of the multi-funded agency. An integral part of the agency leadership, position responsibilities include: financial management, day to day accounting functions, budgeting, cash flow management, fiscal reporting and compliance monitoring. Must have fiscal year-end/audit preparation experience. Bachelor's degree in accounting required, preferably with a background in non-profit accounting, and at least five years experience, preferably in non-profit accounting.
